  • Can use 2 word phrases
  • Can name body parts
  • Refers to self by his name

3 Years Old:

  • Can jump in place
  • Kicks a ball
  • Pedals a tricycle
  • Alternates feet walking up stairs
  • Can stand on one foot
  • Towers nine blocks or cubes
  • Speaks in 3-4 word sentences
  • Knows age and sex
  • Can give full name
  • Can count to 3
  • Copies a circle and cross
  • Knows his/her colors
  • Can pretend play, plays with others
  • Can separate from mom easily
